We practice in the tradition of Zen Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh. Generally, one may expect:
- stretching
- sitting (whether one sitting or two) meditation
- walking meditation (slow mindful walking)
- tea
- dharma reading
- community sharing
Beginners and new comers are welcome. There are chairs and cushions but feel free to bring your own cushion if you wish.
Food After The Sitting
We usually go out for Chinese food at an East End restaurant near Hastings and Lakewood. You are welcome to join us.
