Practice

Sunday Night Sittings, 6:30pm to 8:30pm

We practice in the tradition of Zen Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh. Generally, one may expect:

  • stretching
  • sitting (whether one sitting or two) meditation
  • walking meditation (slow mindful walking)
  • tea
  • dharma reading
  • community sharing

Beginners and new comers are welcome. There are chairs and cushions but feel free to bring your own cushion if you wish.
